 We are a community of neighbors in beautiful Edmond, Oklahoma! We are close to all the best Edmond has to offer including downtown Edmond, Lake Arcadia, University of Central Oklahoma, Kickingbird Golf Course, and Hafer Park.  Huntwick 2 HOA exists to serve the neighborhood through community awareness, social events, and upkeep of our beautiful neighborhood.  

 Payments to HOA annual dues can be made right here on the website or to the treasurer of Huntwick 2 HOA. Please register on this website on the top right of the screen to access homeowner directory, email and text message communication from the neighborhood, and ability to pay homeowner dues directly through this website. 

We have one or two social events every year and all homeowners are invited. We will post those here on the website calendar and send out communication of time, place, and date.  We have a neighborhood garage sale every Spring, which will be posted on the calendar. 

How much are dues? $180.00 annually, paid in January.

What do dues cover? Mostly neighborhood landscaping, mowing, and social events.

How can I become more involved in my neighborhood? Attend social events and volunteer to be on HOA Board.

What do board members do?  Mostly serve residents whether it be by making sure the street lights are working,  adjusting the sprinkler controller, pushing up trash cans for out of towners, attending meetings in city government and in Huntwick 2, or answering questions about roof color (WEATHERWOOD Check Roofing requirement page on right of screen for details), the board is a volunteer staff with a service heart.
